Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 12, 2026

Right Care Services Inc. (“Right Care,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed home care agency based in Lawrence, Massachusetts. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information received through our website, https://rightcarehc.com, our online inquiry forms, and our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, including requests for a free in-home care consultation.

1. Information We Collect

When you contact us or submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, city or ZIP code, preferred contact method, and general information about the services you are interested in and when you would like care to begin. We also receive information you voluntarily include in your messages. Facebook or Instagram may prefill contact details from your account when you use a lead form; please review those details before submitting.

Our website and its hosting providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and the date and time of visits. The information collected depends on the website features and tools in use.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account or card numbers, insurance member numbers, diagnoses, medical records, or other sensitive health information in advertising lead forms, website chat, or general inquiry forms. If you are contacting us for someone else, provide only information you have permission to share.

2. How We Use Information

We use inquiry information to respond to your questions, discuss requested services, assess our ability to serve your location, arrange consultations, coordinate follow-up, and maintain records of our communications. We may also use information to operate and improve our website, understand overall inquiry activity, protect against misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry requests contact from our team. It does not confirm an appointment, establish a care relationship, or guarantee service availability, insurance eligibility, or coverage.

3. Phone, Text, and Email Contact

When you provide your contact details with an inquiry, our team may contact you by phone or email about that inquiry and your requested consultation. Message and data rates may apply to any text messages. You may ask us to stop optional follow-up at any time by telling the staff member who contacts you, calling (978) 641-6909, or emailing info@rightcare.me. If you receive a text message from us, you may reply STOP to opt out. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option, and we will honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

Submitting an inquiry is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing or for automated or prerecorded promotional calls or texts. Where separate consent is required for a communication, we will obtain it before sending that communication, and consent to marketing is never a condition of receiving services. We maintain an internal do-not-call list and honor applicable federal and Massachusetts do-not-call requirements.

4. How Information May Be Shared

We may share information with authorized staff and service providers who help us operate our website, manage inquiries, host data, or provide communications and administrative support, as needed for those purposes. We expect these service providers to protect the information appropriately. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security. When you request or authorize a referral or coordination with another provider, we may share information necessary for that purpose, subject to applicable requirements.

We do not sell or rent information submitted through consultation inquiry forms. We do not provide those inquiry details to unrelated businesses for their own marketing.

When you use Facebook, Instagram, or another third-party platform, that platform also processes information under its own privacy policy. This policy describes our handling of information received by Right Care Services Inc.; it does not control the platform’s practices.

5. Cookies and Website Tools

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to support site functions and, where enabled, understand website traffic. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect website features. Third-party platforms may use their own cookies when you interact with their services.

Any advertising pixels, audience-matching tools, or other tools that disclose visitor information for targeted advertising require appropriate disclosures and any legally required choices or consent. We do not use such tools to share sensitive health information with advertising platforms.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: Some browsers send “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. There is no uniform standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, and our website does not currently respond to them. If we begin honoring these signals, we will update this policy.

6. Health Information and Patient Records

This policy focuses on website and advertising inquiries. It does not replace our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices or other notices that apply to client and patient records and protected health information. Where HIPAA or Massachusetts health privacy laws apply, our use and disclosure of that information are governed by applicable law and our Notice of Privacy Practices. Clients receive our Notice of Privacy Practices when services begin, and you may request a copy at any time by calling (978) 641-6909 or emailing info@rightcare.me.

7. Information Security, Breach Notice, and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, consistent with Massachusetts data security requirements for personal information of Massachusetts residents. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by Massachusetts law and other applicable law.

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, manage follow-up, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Retention may vary according to the type of information and whether an inquiry becomes a client or patient record. When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it securely.

8. Your Privacy Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask us to stop optional follow-up. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Certain information may need to be retained for legal, clinical, or recordkeeping purposes. We will respond to requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. We will not treat you differently for making a privacy request.

To make a privacy request, call (978) 641-6909, email info@rightcare.me, or write to the address below. Please do not send sensitive medical information with a general privacy inquiry.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and advertising inquiry forms are intended for adults seeking information about care services and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through those channels. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and address it.

10. External Links

Our website may link to other websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Please review those policies before providing information.

11. Language Assistance and Accessibility

This policy is available in Spanish on request. Esta política está disponible en español; llámenos al (978) 641-6909 o escriba a info@rightcare.me. If you need this policy in another format because of a disability, or need language assistance, contact us and we will work with you to provide it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, practices, or applicable laws change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
