What Is CNA Care at Home?

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides hands-on personal care in the home for older adults and people who need help with daily activities. CNAs follow a care plan and work under the direction of a nurse or supervisor. It's a good fit for someone who needs more physical help than companion care offers, but not ongoing clinical care.

Is CNA care the same as skilled nursing?

No. CNAs provide personal care and support. Clinical tasks like wound care or medication management are handled by a licensed nurse. Ask us about our Skilled Nursing services if your loved one needs them.
